Kim Sin

kim-sin-bioKim is a San Francisco based yoga instructor and entrepreneur, whose mission is to bring accessible, effective yoga and mindfulness programs to the workplace. In 2011 she founded Kim Sin Yoga (KSY), which partners with leading Bay Area companies to design and implement customized wellness programs. Her mission is to spread health and happiness to companies who are changing the world. Kim’s work has been featured in Yoga Journal Magazine, The San Francisco Chronicle, Mind Body Green and is a Lululemon Ambassador.

Jesse J Jarvis

Jesse has been a student of yoga for over eleven years and holds her 200-hour certification as a Hatha Yoga teacher from Rishikesh Yog Peeth in Rishikesh, India. As a former office employee in a large corporate company, Jesse is empowered to bring the benefits of accessible yoga and mindfulness practice into the workplace. She brings a focus on the connection between breath and movement in her yoga instruction, which she feels helps office employees to internalize and let go of external distractions.

David Cho

David is an experienced yoga teacher (E-RYT 500 certified by Yoga Alliance) who brings an approachable teaching style with precise instruction. As a devoted student of Vipassana Meditation, his meditation classes aim to quiet the mind, allowing our nervous system to take a break from the stress of our lives. He currently brings his teachings to Google, YouTube, Skyline College, Yoga Tree/Works, amongst other venues where he helps his students gain flexibility, reduce stress, and improve their concentration.

Katy Steadman

Katy took her first Yoga class in 1996, and has been teaching since 2001. She made her passion her job, and has not looked back ever since. Her classes are moderately paced, with a focus on breath and alignment. They can be challenging and informative, as well as a lot of fun! In 2010 Katy got her start teaching Office Yoga at Salesforce and later led classes at Dev Bootcamp. She enjoys teaching to all levels of students and guarantees you will feel better than when you arrived.

Ericka Montana

Ericka is a Bay Area Yoga, Meditation, Spin and Strength Training teacher. Her passion lies in motivating and inspiring others. Her classes are showered with intelligent sequencing and epic playlists!You can often find her in office spaces cultivating a platform for team building and sharing her playful nature through all levels stretch sessions and breath work. In her spare time she takes pleasure in exploring the nature trails of The Sierras, cooking Paleo and working out around town with her fitness family.

Emily Hite

Emily is a RYT-500 and certified SmartFLOW® yoga instructor who loves teaching yogis of all backgrounds and experience levels. Through her alignment-based flow and restorative classes, she encourages students to build awareness of posture, create space to breathe, and simply enjoy living in their bodies. Emily works on the digital media team at Stanford University and is a former professional ballet dancer.

 

Chrissy Graham

Chrissy teaches her classes using her wide-range of life experiences and the extensive knowledge she gained in her 19 years of yoga study. She is well versed in various systems of yoga and was a Certified Anusara Yoga teacher for 15 years. As a Certified E-RYT 500 Yoga Instructor, Chrissy has traveled to Holland, Hawaii and across the continental United States to teach yoga, she blends philosophy, therapeutics, and a knowledge of nutrition and dietary wellness to create complete and lively classes.

Claire Williams

Claire is a yoga teacher and MBA graduate based in in the East Bay. Having worked in multiple full-time office roles, Claire knows how the body can feel as a result of long periods of sitting and computer work. She meets students where they are on the mat to teach a grounded, alignment-based and authentic class. She holds her 500hr certification from Yoga Tree in San Francisco. 

 

Kim and her team deliver office yoga and mindfulness meditation classes to companies in Los Angeles and San Francisco, including the following areas: SOMA, Financial District, Union Square, Mission, South Bay and the East Bay.
