Kim is a San Francisco based yoga instructor and entrepreneur, whose mission is to bring accessible, effective yoga and mindfulness programs to the workplace. In 2011 she founded Kim Sin Yoga (KSY), which partners with leading Bay Area companies to design and implement customized wellness programs. Her mission is to spread health and happiness to companies who are changing the world. Kim’s work has been featured in Yoga Journal Magazine, The San Francisco Chronicle, Mind Body Green and is a Lululemon Ambassador.
Claire has been a committed student of yoga since 2001. She has studied with Yoga Tree earning her 200-Hr certification in 2008 and 500-Hr in 2015. While working to earn her MBA from Presidio Graduate School, she was the Community Relations Manager at the yoga and service non-profit Off the Mat into the World (OTM). She is an active yoga teacher, trained facilitator and coach. Claire is passionate about the importance of bringing yoga and mindfulness practices into the office and is skilled at making yoga accessible to everyone at work.
Jesse J Jarvis
Jesse has been a student of yoga for over eleven years and holds her 200-hour certification as a Hatha Yoga teacher from Rishikesh Yog Peeth in Rishikesh, India. As a former office employee in a large corporate company, Jesse is empowered to bring the benefits of accessible yoga and mindfulness practice into the workplace. She brings a focus on the connection between breath and movement in her yoga instruction, which she feels helps office employees to internalize and let go of external distractions.
David is an experienced yoga teacher (E-RYT 500 certified by Yoga Alliance) who brings an approachable teaching style with precise instruction. As a devoted student of Vipassana Meditation, his meditation classes aim to quiet the mind, allowing our nervous system to take a break from the stress of our lives. He currently brings his teachings to Google, YouTube, Skyline College, Yoga Tree/Works, amongst other venues where he helps his students gain flexibility, reduce stress, and improve their concentration.
Asha Goldweber, PhD
Asha is dedicated to making yoga and meditation accessible and meaningful. Translating contemplative science and harnessing the power of the heart-mind-body connection, Asha’s instruction empowers and elevates. She completed Spirit Rock’s Mindfulness Yoga and Meditation 500-hour training and certification. Previously, she worked as a research scientist at SRI International and John Hopkins University- all while bringing postural alignment and ease into her body, sometimes.
Ericka is a Bay Area Yoga, Meditation, Spin and Strength Training teacher. Her passion lies in motivating and inspiring others. Her classes are showered with intelligent sequencing and epic playlists!You can often find her in office spaces cultivating a platform for team building and sharing her playful nature through all levels stretch sessions and breath work. In her spare time she takes pleasure in exploring the nature trails of The Sierras, cooking Paleo and working out around town with her fitness family.
Yvonne is deeply committed to sharing the practice of yoga and meditation with a grounded, light-hearted, and intentional style of teaching. Inspired by the power of yoga to transform her life, she left a decade-long advertising career, dedicating herself to helping others cultivate greater awareness of and connection to body and mind. A long-time Bay Area resident, Yvonne teaches public, private and corporate classes throughout San Francisco.
